Is Axadle Play a streaming service?
No. Axadle Play is a media player app. It plays playlists you already have access to on your Smart TV, streaming stick or set-top box. We do not sell or stream any content.
Do you provide channels or content?
No. Axadle Play does not provide, host, rebroadcast or bundle any TV channels, movies, series or playlist subscriptions. You must add your own authorized playlist from a provider you legally subscribe to.
Which devices are supported?
Axadle Play is available today on Android TV, Google TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Android-based streaming sticks and set-top boxes. Apps for Samsung Tizen and LG webOS are on our roadmap.
How do I add my playlist?
Sign in to your Axadle Play account, open Playlists and add an Xtream Codes account (server URL, username and password) or an M3U/M3U8 playlist URL. An optional XMLTV link adds the programme guide. The playlist syncs to every TV you assign it to.
How does device activation work?
When you open Axadle Player on your TV, a 6-character pairing code (for example 8X4K92) and a QR code appear on screen. Enter the code on our Activate page from your phone or computer and your TV links to your account instantly.
Can I use multiple devices?
Yes. Each TV or streaming device is registered as its own screen under your account. The number of screens you can use at once depends on your plan, and you can assign different playlists to each screen.
Why does Axadle Play use a Device ID instead of a MAC address?
Modern TV operating systems randomize or block access to hardware MAC addresses for privacy. Axadle Play generates a secure installation ID and a public Device ID instead, so activation works on every device.
Is my provider password stored securely?
Yes. Playlist passwords and M3U links are encrypted on our servers with AES-256, and the TV app stores synced credentials in the platform's encrypted storage.
How do I remove or transfer a device?
In your account under Screens, choose Revoke next to the device. Its access token is invalidated immediately, and you can then activate a different TV in its place.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in and open Account, then choose Delete Account and confirm with your password. Your profile, registered screens, saved playlists and licenses are permanently removed straight away.
