1. Software License Only

Axadle Play grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and execute the Axadle Player software on compatible Smart TV and mobile devices.

2. User-Supplied Content

Axadle Play does not provide, host, or broker access to any digital streams, television broadcasts, or video-on-demand content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have lawful authorization and intellectual property rights to play any stream, playlist, or electronic programme guide inputted into the software.

3. Device Licensing

Each license permits pairing the specified number of active television devices simultaneously. Device tokens may be revoked or reassigned through the customer portal.
